How do I get billed?

You’ll receive a monthly invoice based on actual redemptions, and can also track costs in real-time.

When will my cashback appear?

Usually within 24 hours after you upload your receipt. We verify the details before approving the cashback.

What can I do with cashback?

You can use it to buy more coupons and unlock free or discounted items inside the app.

Does my receipt need to be in my name?

No, but it must be clear, recent, and show the branch name, date, and the item you purchased.

Do receipts expire?

Yes — usually after 24 hours from purchase. Make sure to upload them quickly.

What are the most common reasons cashback gets rejected?

The number one reason is that the product you purchased isn’t part of any active offer. Another common reason is that the receipt might be unclear or missing important details like the date or store name. In some cases, the purchase might have been made at a branch that isn’t participating in the offer, or the offer may have expired before your purchase — or due to other technical reasons. What’s the difference between offers and coupons?

Cashback offers mean you make a purchase and get money back into your wallet. Coupons, on the other hand, are things you buy using your wallet balance and give you a discount or a free item at a store or restaurant. They work together, but each has a different use.

Do I need to be connected to the internet while I'm at the store?

It’s recommended to stay connected so you can check available offers, confirm if the branch is participating, and upload your receipt after your purchase. But if you’re offline, you can keep the receipt and upload it late
